Giveaway Disclaimer

One of the joys of having this blog is being able to hold giveaways of great items for my readers.  Since many of the items are related to hair care or are handmade jewelry items, I wanted to provide a disclaimer to readers who choose to enter giveaways provided through FabEllis™.

Disclaimer
  1. Winners must be 18 years of age or older.
  2. When a giveaway winner is chosen, the winner has 24 hours to respond to my initial contact e-mail.  If they do not respond, another winner will be chosen.
  3. With hair or skin products, FabEllis is not responsible for effects resulting from use of products.
  4. Once the item(s) is mailed, FabEllis is no longer responsible for the item.
