Ever since my husband and I moved into our home just over three years ago (...time flies girl), I knew that I wanted to revamp some of the rooms in our home. One of the best pieces of advice I can give that I learned quickly is to take your time and do one room at a time. My cloffice (closet + office) is my special place in our home and I felt it important to start here. It is hard to believe that my husband and I have been in our home for almost two months. If you missed my announcement on Instagram, we became homeowners in March and officially moved in in April. I knew from the moment we walked into this older brick home back in January, that I wanted it to be ours. I am so thankful we are now able to truly call this space ours; however, I knew there was one thing I would need to tweak upon moving in. Older homes tend to have smaller closet space and I knew fitting my wardrobe into this new closet would be a challenge. That's why I am so grateful California Closets is showing me how to maximize my closet space.

I'm sure it's no surprise to you all that I absolutely fell in love with West Elm Greensboro after my tour a few months ago. From the time I walked into the store, I was in awe of not only how gorgeous the store is, but the amazing multi-functional pieces, how they work with the community and of course, the great smell as soon as you walk in the door. So, when West Elm Greensboro reached out to me about working together, I was all for it. They offered to refresh one room in our home and I immediately chose our living room.

It's officially November! Not only are we in the midst of the fall season, but the holiday season has officially begun. Many of us will be getting ready for turkey, guests arriving and yes, holiday cleaning. Mr. Clean allowed me to host my own Pumpkin Palooza Party at our home last week. The party included pumpkin carving, trying new recipes and girl talk. I put their Concentrated Cleaner to the test before and after the party. I'm sharing pictures from the party, the results of using their concentrated cleaner and fall hosting tips from Mr. Clean.

My personal goal is for FabEllis to become my main source of income. I know that with that there will be a lot of planning and work involved. To get focused, I decided it would be best to have a dedicated space in our home to be able to focus and work on my goals. It was time to create my personal home office. Creating my home office wasn't easy, but I loved the process!
