Personal Style | Three Tips for Finding the Perfect Frames

Beauties,

I'm a lover of glasses.  From sunglasses to prescription glasses, I love them all!  It's funny how things have changed over the years.  I used to hate wearing my prescription glasses to school when I was younger, but now there are so many cool styles and frames that I have no shame in my game.  I don't mind wearing them to work and even out to date night with my boo.  The key is finding the right frames.

Three Tips for Finding the Perfect Frames

1.  Find the shape that fits and complements your face.

As someone with a round face, I tend to choose rectangular glasses.  Not sure which frames are best for your face?  Check out this video:  http://clvr.li/1R2aL0j.

2.  Pick a funky color that is office appropriate.

I personally love tortoise and red frames.  Finding the right color allows you to add a little edge to your work wear that's perfect to transition to a night out.  If you choose a funky shaped frame, I would choose a neutral color.  The two combined may be too much for work depending on your office culture.

3.  Look for inspiration online.

Pinterest and magazines often have an assortment of images to look through for inspiration.  I fell in love with vintage cat eye frames from viewing images from older movies.
