Personal Style | Thrift Haul - Value Village (Charlotte, NC)

Hello Beauties!

A few weekends ago, I went on a day trip to Charlotte, North Carolina.  During my day trip, I attended the iGrind Coffee Chat, did some thrifting and took a tour of Jeffre Scott.  I enjoyed my entire day and even though I was only able to thrift for about an hour, I truly enjoyed thrifting with Adrienne of Don't Go Thrifting Without Me, Marci of Coily Encounters and Katrina of Natural Start Natural Hair Expo.

Don't forget to thumbs up if you like the video!

What is your favorite item from my haul?  Have you found any items for a great deal lately?  Please share!
God bless & stay fabellis,

  1. You got some good stuff girl, and for just $13!!!! BOOM! I really like the purse. Believe it or not, I never been thrifting before. I have tried but could never find anything good. I need to hang out with someone that knows all the good thrift shops out here in Atlanta.

  2. Thank you so much! I truly love to thrift. It honestly doesn't surprise me when people say they haven't been thrifting, but I would definitely encourage you to go. I have found everything from truly unique pieces to brand new items with tags! There are so many places to thrift in Atlanta! O-M-G! Have you ever heard of Thrifting Atlanta? They do bus tours of great thrift shops. Check it out: http://www.thriftingatlanta.com/

  9. That is such a pretty brooch. You need to find a pretty scarf to go with it. I love the purse too. Great finds!

  11. Ok, I need to head to my local Walgreens! Those colors are way too cute! I'm actually more of a lip gloss girl instead of lip stick for some reason. #ProductReviewParty

  12. I have never heard of this before. However, I will check it out to see if I can find a color that matches my skin tone, which is always super hard for me. Thanks for linking up at #ProductReviewParty

  14. I would highly recommend this for you. None of the BB Creams I have tried in the past looked good on me but I saw so many people raving about this one, that I had to try it. I am wearing the lightest shade they offer, but I think that may match you just fine. Hope you are able to try it!

  16. I definitely think you would love these if you are a gloss fan! :-)

  17. Since you like gloss, I think you will love these. The only thing to remember is to not press your lips together as you would with gloss. That messes up the "stain" effect. :-)

  18. I loved the cream cardigan, I got this amazing 80s dress that is blue, silver, purple, I plan to style it with a belt when it gets warmer in NYC! Love your blog, I am following on Bloglovin!

  22. You are so sweet! Thank you! Unfortunately, this product only comes in darker shades, but I do hope they widen the range because currently my mother doesn't have a color that suits her complexion either with this line.

  23. ooooh, I can't find it near me and not sure what color to pick online

  24. Did you use the product locator? http://kissnewyorkusa.com/storelocator.php Also, perhaps I can help you find your shade! :-) If you post a picture, I can help.

  25. It says zero results for my zipcode!!! My daughter has oily skin and is getting to an age where her teenage breakouts bother her. I've yet to find a cream that doesn't make her breakouts worse. She is quite pale

  26. ah, I see it's for darker shades only...suggestions for good coverage in lighter shades that would work with oily skin?

  27. Oh no! I'm sorry! This product actually only comes in darker shades. I'm sorry about that! :-( I would suggest Covergirl or Maybelline BB Creams. Both have good reviews.

  28. I didn't see your reply to Suzie until after I asked hah! I might try Maybelline. I have an allergy to covergirl so I'm scared for her to try it lol
