Beauty | Wet 'n Wild Lash Out Loud Max Volume Plus Mascara Review

Hello Beauties!

You all may have noticed that mascara reviews on FabEllis are rare.  I tend to be that person who has the same tried and true mascara, but every now and then, I'll branch out and try something new.  After seeing this video on Facebook, I knew I definitely wanted to try Wet 'n Wild's new Lash Out Loud Max Volume Plus mascara.  I found it at my local CVS and after using it throughout the last week, I wanted to share my thoughts with you and get to the nitty gritty of how this mascara works.

My Thoughts

Let me be honest.  I'm a drugstore product lover.  It's very seldom that I use high end products, but there are a few must-have high end items I can't get away from such as face serum.  With that said, I typically tend to use drugstore mascaras.  When I saw a video review on Facebook of this mascara, I went looking for it a few days later and found it in CVS.  I started using it the next day and after my first application, I was disappointed.  I went in with the mindset that I was going to have gorgeous, full, long lashes like the reviewer I'd watched.  The results I had didn't look like hers.

When I stepped back and removed the idea of those gorgeous lashes I'd seen, I tried the mascara again.  The bottom line is this mascara provided a nice length and volume for my lashes.  Is it going to be my must-have mascara?  No, but it's a great, affordable option.  I liked the length it provided as well as the non-clumpy volume.  There was an obvious difference between my lashes without mascara and with this mascara.

Would I Recommend?

Sure.  If you're looking for a little more length and volume with your lashes at an affordable price, this is perfect for you.

God bless & stay fabellis,

It looks good and it actually looks like you have on lashes, but very soft natural ones. I am always looking for a mascara that gives me that false eyelashes look and have yet to find one.

  2. Thanks for the review on this. Gone have to give it a try! :)
