Beauties,

It's that special time of the month where we talk about work wear.  I have always believed that your work attire doesn't have to be boring and deserves to have some flare.  As we are heading into cooler months, I thought it would be great to share five easy outfits you can wear to work this fall and winter.  Fall and winter are two seasons where I really feel you can show your true style because of layering and accessorizing.  So, let's take a look at some of my previous work wear styles and let me know if you'll be trying one this season!

Beauties,

I'm not afraid of prints and I'm surely not afraid of bold, bright colors; however, are they work appropriate?  I believe you can certainly make both work appropriate.  When I recently ran across this bright pink skirt online, I knew I had to order it immediately.  It was under $20 and spring was right around the corner.  Anytime I make a purchase, I ask myself how many places can it be worn.  Due to it being knee length, I knew that if I wanted, I could wear it to work.

Beauties,

I think it has become clear to me throughout the Fab Werkwear Series that I like to push the envelope a bit at work.  I feel that just because I'm at work doesn't mean I can't have fun with my clothing.  As if shaved sides weren't enough, I have the nerve to incorporate prints and colors into my work wardrobe.  In this month's installment of the Fab Werkwear Series, I want to talk about printed pants.

Beauties,

Almost everyone of us has worked a job at one point in our lives that we weren't fond of.  When you're in a job that you don't enjoy, what do you do?  After working almost 15 years of my life, I have had to ask myself this question a few times.  Instead of remaining unhappy in the job, I took action.  The answer doesn't always have to be changing jobs.  There are things you can do to make things better in the job and after reading this, you may even be able to decide if you should stay or go.

Beauties,

This month I'm sharing four holiday inspired looks to hopefully give you some style ideas for your upcoming holiday events.  Since it's time for my monthly installment of the fab werkwear series, I felt it would be perfect to share an office party look.  In my years of attending office parties, most have been immediately following the work day or during my lunch hour.  I opted to wear a look that is not only office appropriate, but has a pop of pizzazz with a jeweled skirt and red jacket from Notations.

Beauties,

Thank you for the love on last month's fab werkwear post!  I love doing this series because boring work wear should be a thing of the past.  This week, we're definitely adding some boldness to the mix.  I love the cape blazer trend and this blazer packs a definite punch of uniqueness to any wardrobe.  For some, this blazer may be too much, but depending on your workplace, it could be appropriate for Casual Friday and the boardroom.  I decided to share how I would rock it on Casual Fridays or to an after work function.

Beauties,

As a self-proclaimed Target fanatic, I was a bit shocked that I didn't know the Adam Lippes for Target Collection was coming out a few weeks ago.  I mean...  I love Target and prints; this collection has just that.  When I saw this sweater vest, I fell in love.  Between the print and overall chicness, I knew it was something I could get much use out of.  Sweater vests are an ideal addition to your work wardrobe.  They can be worn with dresses, skirts or pants.  Plus, they are a great layering piece in fall so you can wear it as your jacket to the office and take off later as it warms up.

Beauties,

The Fab Werkwear Series is back!  As I mentioned in my last work wear post, I felt the need to bring the series back permanently after seeing a comment on another blog about a need to see more work wear styles.  The truth is five out of the seven days in a week, the majority of us are dressing for the workplace.  I believe in work wear being professional yet still showing your individual style.

Hello Beauties!

I recently mentioned on Facebook that I plan to bring back the Fab Werkwear Series and make it a permanent staple on the blog.  I made this decision after seeing a comment on another blog about a need to see more work wear styles.  The truth is five out of the seven days in a week, the majority of us are dressing for the workplace.  I believe in work wear being professional yet still showing your individual style.
