I am excited for today's post for two reasons! I love a great giveaway and an awesome sale! Designer Consignors is a biannual consignment sale held in Cary, North Carolina. Designer Consignors allows consignors to sell their gently used items, shoppers to purchase them at a discounted rate and vendors to sell and promote products. The fall and winter sale is coming soon and runs from Thursday, October 9 to Saturday, October 11. Plus, the great part about this sale is that they always do a charity drive Thursday evening of the event. This year's charity drive will be a product drive for InterAct.

I'm definitely one of those people who take birthdays very seriously because in actuality, it's a blessing to see another year. I was always raised to celebrate birthdays and because of that, starting August 1, I begin the celebration. This year I wanted to do things a bit different. This product is one of those that was a pleasant surprise for me and immediately became a part of the must-have list. I am in the process of working on a blog on my top 11 products for the year of 2011. While I am working on that, I wanted to share with you all an outfit I wore today to work. I have said many times I want to start showing outfits, but it is hard because I am my own photographer. (sad face!) I especially wanted to try and capture this outfit today because this outfit cost $5!
